Two plants, one quality standard
Filter cartridges and single-use systems in an ISO 7 cleanroom; housings, tanks, reactors, pressure vessels and steel equipment in our fabrication plant. We have been manufacturing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, since 2022.
Engineering
We design what we build
Our engineering department designs every housing, tank, reactor, pressure vessel and skid in 3D, and supports cartridge selection and the documentation for your process.
- 3D modeling and detailed drawings for every unit.
- Design calculations to ASME VIII Division 1 for pressure vessels.
- Custom skids with housings, valves and instrumentation.
ISO 7 cleanroom
Cartridge and single-use plant
We manufacture the LifePure, UltraPure, PreFiber, MicroFiber, ProFlow and MicroMesh filter cartridges and the ExoFlex bags in an ISO 7 classified environment.
Filter media
PES and nylon 6,6 membranes, polypropylene, glass microfiber and stainless steel mesh, depending on the line.
Manufacturing
We manufacture each complete cartridge in our ISO 7 cleanroom, from the filter media to the finished product.
Integrity test
Every membrane cartridge is tested in the plant. Pharmaceutical-grade models, by diffusive flow and bubble point.
Flushing
Membrane cartridges are flushed with purified water after manufacturing to remove extractables.
Identification and certificate
Pharmaceutical-grade cartridges are engraved with lot, model, pore size and part number, and ship with a quality certificate.
Metal fabrication plant
Housings, vessels and steel equipment
SaniFlow filter housings, AgileReact containers, filtration skids, stainless steel tanks and carbon steel pressure vessels for Oil & Gas are designed and manufactured in our fabrication plant in Argentina.
Stainless and carbon steel
The STU and SNU series in AISI 316L for pharma and biotech; STE-01 and STE-X in 304 for food and beverage; pressure vessels for Oil & Gas in carbon steel.
Welding and machining
Orbital welding and CNC machining on the parts that require it.
Sanitary polishing
Interior polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm on pharmaceutical-grade 316L housings; Ra ≤ 0.8 µm on food-grade housings.
Tests and documentation
Depending on the model: hydrostatic test, passivation, 3.1 material certificates and IQ/OQ protocols.

About manufacturing
What is manufactured in the ISO 7 cleanroom?
Filter cartridges, bags and single-use systems. Housings, tanks and reactors, pressure vessels and steel equipment are manufactured in the fabrication plant.
Are all cartridges integrity tested?
Membrane cartridges are tested in the plant. The catalogs of the pharmaceutical-grade and beverage models (for example LifePure Plus Pharma and LifePure Plus F&B, UltraPure Plus Pharma and UltraPure Plus F&B) state it for 100% of the cartridges, and provide the diffusive flow and bubble point values so the user can repeat the test.
Can you build to order?
Cartridges and housings are configured by code (pore size, length, adapter, gaskets, connections, number of elements). For needs outside the catalog —another length, another connection, a skid or a tank— contact us with the drawing or the specification.
