ULDPE / EVOH / HDPE multilayer film
Single-use bags and systems designed, manufactured and assembled in Argentina
ExoFlex is Exova's line of single-use bags and systems for handling liquids in pharmaceutical and biotech processes: vaccines, injectable drugs, cell culture media, buffers and process solutions. They are designed, manufactured and assembled in Argentina, in an ISO 7 cleanroom.
All bags use the same five-layer film, with an ultra-low-density polyethylene (ULDPE) contact layer and an EVOH gas barrier. They ship with a lot number, a quality certificate and integrity tested at the plant, and they meet the USP <88> criteria for Class VI plastics. They differ in volume, number of ports and tubing diameter.
A single-use system needs no cleaning or steam sterilization between batches (CIP/SIP): each batch uses a new bag, and setting up or replacing the system takes hours. Each system is configured with the volume, ports, tubing and connectors the process calls for.

AISI 304 stainless steel
AISI 304 stainless steel containers for 3D single-use bags
AgileReact is the line of rigid AISI 304 stainless steel containers that hold 3D single-use bags from 50 to 2,000 liters, for handling and transferring fluids in biopharmaceutical processes under GMP. They are manufactured at our stainless steel fabrication plant in Argentina.
All models share AISI 304 construction and front slots for watching the bag fill; the door has a safety latch that keeps it from opening if the bag inflates. They differ in capacity and mobility: from 50 to 1,000 L they have heavy-duty casters and can be stacked on one another; the 2,000 L model is a fixed installation.
Bottom tray, casters, door and top lid are selected in each container's code.

Pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene, polysulfone, and silicone
Connectors and fittings for assembling and connecting single-use systems
AgileConnect is Exova's line of connectors and fittings for assembling, connecting, and operating single-use systems in pharmaceutical and biotech processes: tubing branches and reducers, clamp joints, aseptic connections, distribution manifolds, and accessories for closing off and securing the lines.
The plastic parts in contact with the fluid are made of pharmaceutical-grade materials—polypropylene, polysulfone, polycarbonate, and silicone—compliant with USP <88> Class VI, with smooth surfaces that reduce fluid retention. They are sterilized by gamma irradiation at 25 to 45 kGy and, depending on the part, also in an autoclave at 121 °C.
The connectors are double-bagged for entry into an ISO 7 cleanroom and sold in packs of 10.
