AgileConnect Y, X and Reducer Connectors
Y and X connectors and straight reducers to branch, join, and adapt tubing lines
Single-use and bioprocessing
Luer Lock and sampling
Female Luer and syringe connectors for connecting devices and taking samples
Female Luer connectors for 1/8″ and 1/4″ tubing and syringe connectors for taking sterile samples from closed single-use systems, USP Class VI.
AgileConnect female Luer connectors (CLH2 and CLH4) join 1/8″ or 1/4″ tubing to standard medical devices—syringes, valves, probes, sampling systems, and manifolds—through a secure, leak-free Luer Lock coupling. They are made of medical-grade polypropylene.
The syringe connectors let you draw fluid with a syringe from a closed system without compromising the integrity of the process or the product. They have a 1/4″ hose barb inlet and two outlet options: female Luer Lock (CTQ1) or a straight syringe outlet (CTQJ1). They are used for intermediate or final samples, in bioreactors, manifolds, or containers, and in quality control.
Both comply with USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and FDA 21 CFR, are TSE/BSE-free, and are double-bagged for entry into an ISO 7 cleanroom. The Luer connectors can be autoclaved at 121 °C or gamma irradiated at 25 to 45 kGy; the syringe connectors, gamma irradiated.
Secure, standardized coupling with syringes, valves, probes, sampling systems, and manifolds.
Sterile withdrawal from closed systems, without compromising the integrity of the process or the product.
Female Luer Lock (CTQ1) or straight syringe outlet (CTQJ1), with a 1/4″ hose barb inlet.
Compliant with USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and FDA 21 CFR.
Packaged for entry into an ISO 7 cleanroom, in packs of 10.
