AgileConnect Y, X and Reducer Connectors
Y and X connectors and straight reducers to branch, join, and adapt tubing lines
Single-use and bioprocessing
Pinch clamps, sleeve and ties
Pinch clamps, metal sleeve, and nylon cable ties to close off and secure tubing lines
Polypropylene pinch clamps, an AISI 304 stainless steel sleeve to pinch off tubing, and nylon 6/6 cable ties to close off and secure single-use lines.
Three AgileConnect accessories for closing off and securing the tubing lines of a single-use system.
The pinch clamps (P1 to P3) close off tubing temporarily or permanently to control flow without disconnecting the line, maintaining system integrity. They are made of pharmaceutical-grade polypropylene, are lightweight and easy to handle even with gloves, and close without damaging the tubing. They are available for silicone and TPE tubing up to 1/4″, 1/2″, and 3/4″.
The metal sleeve (MS1), made of AISI 304 stainless steel, shuts off silicone or TPE tubing securely and permanently, with no risk of accidental reopening. It replaces plastic clamps where more strength is needed, can be combined with welding or permanent sealing systems, and is autoclavable and resistant to CIP/SIP cleaning.
The nylon 6/6 cable ties (PREC-1 to PREC-3) secure tubing on hose barb connections, organize lines on manifolds or racks, and fasten bags, sensors, and accessories to the frame. They are self-locking and free of halogens, TSE/BSE, and phthalates.
The pinch clamps control the flow in a line without disconnecting it, temporarily or permanently.
Polypropylene compliant with USP <88> Class VI, USP <87> (cytotoxicity), and USP <85> (endotoxins).
Permanent pinch-off, with no risk of accidental reopening. Autoclavable and resistant to CIP/SIP cleaning.
Self-locking; free of halogens, TSE/BSE, and phthalates. Three lengths, for 1/8″ to 3/8″ tubing.
Pinch clamps and metal sleeve for the flexible tubing of single-use systems.

Pharmaceutical and biotechThe pinch clamp closes off tubing temporarily or permanently to control flow without disconnecting the line. The metal sleeve is for permanent closure, with no risk of accidental reopening, where more strength, durability, or safety is needed than a plastic clamp provides.
PREC-1 (100 × 2.4 mm) for tubing with a 1/8″ inner diameter, PREC-2 (150 × 3.6 mm) for 1/4″, and PREC-3 (200 × 4.8 mm) for 3/8″. They come in bags of 100.
The pinch clamps and the metal sleeve, in an autoclave or by gamma irradiation; the sleeve also withstands CIP/SIP cleaning. The cable tie catalog does not specify sterilization: they are designed for GMP environments and ISO 7 cleanrooms.
