Description
AgileConnect aseptic quick connectors let you connect and disconnect process lines without compromising system integrity. They come in female and male versions that mate with each other, with a sterile quarter-turn closure that ensures alignment and a secure connection.
They are made of pharmaceutical-grade polysulfone, compliant with USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, and FDA 21 CFR, with an optimized internal flow path and no dead zones. They connect to 1/8″, 1/4″, and 3/8″ flexible silicone, TPE, or PVC tubing, or to a 1 1/2″ clamp connection, and female and male end caps are available to close off the coupling half left unused.
They are sterilized by gamma irradiation at 25 to 45 kGy and double-bagged for entry into an ISO 7 cleanroom, in packs of 10.
Quarter-turn closure
Sterile closure with precise alignment: connects and disconnects without compromising system integrity.
Mating female and male halves
The two coupling halves connect to each other; end caps close off the one left unused.
To tubing or to clamp
1/8″, 1/4″, and 3/8″ silicone, TPE, or PVC tubing, or a 1 1/2″ clamp connection.
