Stainless steel container for 3D bags
AISI 304 stainless steel containers for 3D single-use bags, 50 to 2,000 L
AISI 304 stainless steel container for 50 to 2,000 L 3D single-use bags, with a door with a safety latch, for bioprocessing in GMP environments.
AgileReact is an AISI 304 stainless steel container designed to hold 3D single-use bags from 50 to 2,000 liters, in fluid handling and transfer processes in the biopharmaceutical industry. It is manufactured at our stainless steel fabrication plant in Argentina.
AISI 304 resists corrosion, is easy to clean, is compatible with clean areas and withstands the chemical agents of GMP production.
The 50 to 1,000 L models have heavy-duty casters for moving them around the laboratory or plant, and they can be stacked on one another. The 2,000 L model is a fixed installation, without casters, for high-volume processes integrated into the production line.
The door has a safety latch that keeps it from opening even if the bag inflates during filling, and the front slots let you see the bag as it fills. Bottom tray, casters, door and top lid are selected in the product code.
Entirely AISI 304: mechanical strength, clean-area compatibility and durability against GMP production chemicals.
Six capacities for 3D single-use bags: 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 L.
The 50 to 1,000 L models move around the plant and stack on one another to save storage space.
No casters and a robust build, for high-volume processes permanently integrated into the production line.
Prevents the door from opening accidentally even if the 3D bag inflates during filling or use.
Let you visually monitor the filling of the bag.

Product selection
Pick each option and the code builds itself. With the code, the quote comes back faster and without back-and-forth.
Six: 50, 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 2,000 L (models CTD 0050 to CTD 2000), for 3D single-use bags.
No. The 50 to 1,000 L models have heavy-duty casters; the 2,000 L model is a fixed installation and is ordered without casters.
The door has a safety latch that prevents it from opening accidentally even if the 3D bag inflates during filling or use. This keeps the product contained and protects personnel.
Yes. The 50 to 1,000 L containers can be stacked on one another, which helps optimize storage space.
Bottom tray, casters (except on the 2,000 L), door and top lid. The code gives the capacity and each option in that order: for example, CTD1000-TRL0 is a 1,000 L container with bottom tray, casters, door and no top lid.
