Pall® LG coalescer replacement
Direct replacement for Pall® LG series coalescers, with no housing modification
Liquid/gas coalescer cartridge that replaces Pall® LG series cartridges with the same diameter, length, and seal: it fits the installed housing unmodified.
The AeroSep Retrofit Coalescer replaces Pall® LG Liquid/Gas series coalescer cartridges in dimensions and function. It keeps the original's diameter, length, and sealing system, so it fits the installed housing without modifications or additional engineering.
It reproduces the geometry of the original cartridge with a graded-pore coalescing medium of resin-bonded glass fiber, hydrophobic and oleophobic (grade H), and with a core and cage sized for high-pressure service. It captures oil and water droplets and solids from air and gas streams; the coalesced liquid drains to the bottom of the housing without returning to the outlet gas.
Versions are available in 57, 70, and 152 mm diameters, in 5, 10, 30, and 40″, with an SOE seal (piston or internal O-ring) or DOE with a flat gasket, for standard (< 250 psig) or high-pressure (> 250 psig) service. The equivalence table cross-references the six Pall LG references with their AeroSep codes.
Each reference reproduces the nominal dimensions and sealing configuration of the corresponding Pall® cartridge.
Fits the installed housing and requires no additional engineering. Compatibility is verified before delivery.
Resin-bonded glass fiber, hydrophobic and oleophobic, fixed-pore and non-shedding.
Versions for standard service, below 250 psig, and for above 250 psig, with a core and cage for high pressure.
1:1 equivalence with CC05LGH13, CC1LGA7H13, CC3LGA7H13, CC3LGB7H13, CC3LG02H13, and CS604LGH13.
Quality certificate and lot number for each element. Selection and validation guide available on request.

For each reference, the AeroSep Retrofit Coalescer reproduces the nominal dimensions and sealing configuration of the corresponding Pall cartridge. Pall nomenclature is cited for replacement compatibility purposes only. Pall® is a registered trademark of Pall Corporation. AeroSep is an equivalent Exova product, not a Pall original.
No. The AeroSep Retrofit Coalescer keeps the diameter, length, and sealing system of the original Pall® LG cartridge, and fits the installed housing without modifications or additional engineering.
Six: CC05LGH13, CC1LGA7H13, CC3LGA7H13, CC3LGB7H13, CC3LG02H13, and CS604LGH13. Each has its AeroSep equivalent, with the same dimensions and seal.
Note the brand and the code printed on the installed cartridge; check the outside diameter, the length, and the seal type at the ends; and confirm the operating pressure and the elastomer compatible with the fluid. With that data, the AeroSep code and availability are confirmed.
Yes. There are versions for standard service, below 250 psig, and for above 250 psig, with a core and cage sized for high pressure.
Send the brand and code of the installed cartridge, along with the operating conditions, and the AeroSep equivalent and delivery availability will be confirmed.
