Description

The SaniFlow STU-50 is an AISI 316L stainless steel sanitary mini filter housing for small and medium applications in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. It filters liquids and gases, and holds one mini cartridge with an internal 116 O-ring, in 5″ or 2.5″.

The internal surface is polished to Ra < 0.4 µm and the external surface to Ra < 0.8 µm, with no crevices or dead zones: it is fully self-draining, has a low hold-up volume and supports cleaning and sterilization in place (CIP/SIP). It operates from full vacuum (−1 barg) to 10 barg and up to 150 °C.

The sanitary drain valve and the filter integrity test connections simplify maintenance and reduce downtime. It connects with a 3/4″ clamp, a 1 1/2″ clamp or a 1/2″ BSP thread.
