Sanitary liquid filtration in food and beverage production
304 stainless steel sanitary filter housing for one cartridge, polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, up to 10 bar and 150 °C, for juices, waters, dairy and beverages.
The SaniFlow STE-01 is an AISI 304 stainless steel sanitary filter housing for one cartridge, designed for liquid filtration in the food and beverage industry: juices, waters, dairy products and alcoholic beverages. 304 balances cost and corrosion resistance: it is durable and performs well in less aggressive applications.
Surfaces and welds polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm make cleaning easier and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. It operates from −1 to 10 bar and from −10 °C to 150 °C with silicone or fluorocarbon elastomer gaskets, and complies with 3-A sanitary standards.
It has a T-type design and accepts 2 1/2″ cartridges with a 226 or 222 double O-ring, with fin or flat end. It connects with a 1 1/2″ clamp or a 44.5 mm Fafeur, threaded or plain, and is ordered with or without legs.
All product-contact surfaces are 304, with good corrosion resistance in less aggressive applications.

The AISI 304 STE-01 is designed for food and beverage, with good corrosion resistance in less aggressive applications. For pharmaceutical and biotech processes, the equivalent single-cartridge housing is the STU-01, in AISI 316L with the interior polished to Ra 0.4 µm.
1 1/2″ clamp or 44.5 mm Fafeur, threaded or plain (C, U or V in the ordering code). Connections can be customized to the installation.
From −1 to 10 bar (−14.5 to 150 psi) and from −10 °C to 150 °C (14 °F to 300 °F), with silicone or fluorocarbon elastomer gaskets.
Yes. We custom-design plug-and-play skids with housings, sanitary valves and instrumentation on a fixed or mobile frame: prefiltration and final filtration, parallel or duty/standby lines, bypass and recirculation, with inlet and outlet pressure gauges and ΔP measurement. They are built in 304 or 316/316L stainless steel, depending on the process.
