Filter housings
304 multi-element filter housing
High-flow sanitary filtration for food, beverages, wine and drinking water
304 stainless steel sanitary filter housing for 3 to 36 cartridges, up to 10 bar and 150 °C, for juices, syrups, wine, beer and drinking water.
The SaniFlow STE-X is an AISI 304 stainless steel sanitary filter housing that holds multiple cartridges, for high-volume operations in food and beverage plants. The standard code covers 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 22, 24 or 36 cartridges from 10″ to 40″, and it can be customized for a larger number.
It accepts 2 1/2″ cartridges with a 226 or 222 double O-ring, with fin or flat end, as well as industrial double open end (DOE) cartridges. The crevice-free construction, with the interior polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, reduces residue buildup, drains completely and supports in-line cleaning and sterilization (CIP and SIP).
It operates up to 10 bar and between −10 °C and 150 °C, depending on the gasket. It offers thirteen process connections—1 1/2″ to 3″ clamp, DIN 11851, Danish, 4″ flange and Fafeur—and every housing is hydrostatically tested.
Eight standard sizes—3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 22, 24 and 36 cartridges—to scale up flow; more elements on request.
Accepts 2 1/2″ cartridges with a 226 or 222 double O-ring (B to E) and industrial double open end cartridges (F).
1 1/2″ to 3″ clamp, DIN 11851 (NW40, NW80 and DN50 with nut), Danish 2″, 4″ flange and Fafeur in 44.5 and 68 mm.
Designed for in-line cleaning and sterilization, which simplify maintenance without compromising system integrity.
All product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel, with a polished, crevice-free interior.
Every housing is hydrostatically tested.

Yes. In addition to 2 1/2″ cartridges with a 226 or 222 double O-ring (configurations B to E), it accepts configuration F, the industrial double open end cartridge.
Thirteen options: 1 1/2″, 2″, 2 1/2″ and 3″ clamp; DIN 11851 NW40, NW80 and DN50 threaded with nut; Danish 2″; 4″ flange; and threaded or plain Fafeur in 44.5 mm and 68 mm.
Yes. It is designed for CIP and SIP processes, and the internal design ensures complete drainage of residues. It operates between −10 °C and 150 °C, depending on the gasket.
Yes. We custom-design plug-and-play skids with housings, sanitary valves and instrumentation on a fixed or mobile frame: prefiltration and final filtration, parallel or duty/standby lines, bypass and recirculation, with ΔP measurement to monitor fouling.
