316L industrial filter housing (DOE)
Process filtration with one DOE cartridge, for food, beverage and pharma
316L stainless steel industrial filter housing for one DOE cartridge, bright polished, up to 7 bar and 90 °C, for food, beverage and pharma.
The SaniFlow STE-DO is an AISI 316L stainless steel industrial filter housing for one double open end (DOE) cartridge. It is designed for process filtration in food and beverage and in the pharmaceutical industry, in installations where a positive seal between the dirty side and the clean side is not required.
All product-contact parts are 316L, bright polished inside and out: it is easy to clean and the unit can be inspected visually. It accepts 2 1/2″ DOE cartridges in 10″, 20″, 30″ and 40″, and operates up to 7 bar and 90 °C.
The bowl is released with a single clamp, and a central tie rod holds the cartridge in place during the operation, so the cartridge is changed without tools. It connects to the process with a 1 1/2″ clamp, a 1″ female BSP thread or a 2″ female BSP thread (with adapter), with or without legs.
Holds one 2 1/2″ double open end cartridge, in 10″, 20″, 30″ or 40″, for process filtration.
All product-contact parts are 316L stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and to cleaning agents.
Makes cleaning easier and allows visual inspection of the unit.
The bowl is released with a single clamp, and the central tie rod holds the cartridge during the operation.
1 1/2″ clamp, 1″ female BSP thread or 2″ female BSP thread with adapter.

In process filtration where a positive seal between the dirty side and the clean side is not required: syrups, wines, liqueurs and beverages, prefiltration of process water, or pharmaceutical and cosmetic process fluids. If the process requires that seal, the right choice is a sanitary housing for double O-ring cartridges, such as the STE-01 or the STU-01.
Without tools: open the clamp and release the bowl; the central tie rod keeps the cartridge in position during the operation.
1 1/2″ clamp, 1″ female BSP thread or 2″ female BSP thread with adapter. They are selected in the ordering code (C, Q or L).
Up to 7 bar (100 psi) working pressure and 90 °C (194 °F) maximum temperature.
Yes. We custom-design sanitary and industrial plug-and-play skids with housings, valves and instrumentation on a fixed or mobile frame: prefiltration and final filtration, parallel or duty/standby lines, bypass and recirculation, with clamp or threaded connections and ΔP measurement. Product contact is 316L and the frame is 304.
