Description

The SaniFlow SNU-01 is an AISI 316L stainless steel sanitary filter housing for filtering air and gases in pharmaceutical processes where sterility is essential: ventilation of sterile environments, protection of production systems, and tank and reactor venting. It holds one standard cartridge with a 226 or 222 double O-ring, from 5″ to 40″.

The internal surfaces, polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm and free of stagnation zones, drain easily and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. It supports in-line cleaning and sterilization (CIP and SIP) and operates up to 10 barg and 150 °C. The 1 1/2″ clamp connections allow quick removal for testing and maintenance.

For venting tanks with fluids at elevated temperature, it is offered with electric heating or a steam heating jacket. It complies with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) and is supplied with a quality certificate.
