316L sanitary filter housing
Sanitary liquid filtration in pharmaceutical and biotech processes
316L stainless steel sanitary filter housing for one cartridge, interior Ra 0.4 µm, up to 10 bar and 140 °C, sterilizable in place and in an autoclave.
The SaniFlow STU-01 is an AISI 316L stainless steel sanitary filter housing for one cartridge, designed for liquid filtration in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. It holds 2 1/2″ sanitary-code cartridges with a 226 or 222 double O-ring, with fin or flat end, from 10″ to 40″.
The interior is polished to Ra 0.4 µm and the exterior to Ra 0.8 µm. The T-type design, with a drain at the lowest point, reduces dead volume and fully removes cleaning solutions and product residues.
It operates up to 10 bar and 140 °C, and is sterilized in place (SIP) or in an autoclave. The vent and drain, with hose connect/disconnect valves, make the cartridge integrity test easier. It is ordered with or without legs and with silicone, Viton or PTFE-coated Viton gaskets.

Yes. It can be sterilized in place (SIP) and is autoclavable, with a maximum operating temperature of 140 °C and a maximum pressure of 10 bar.
Silicone gaskets; on request, Viton or PTFE-coated Viton. They are selected in the code (A, V or R).
Yes. The vent and drain with hose connect/disconnect valves make the integrity test and the draining of the entire vessel easier.
Yes. We custom-design sanitary plug-and-play skids with housings, valves and instrumentation on a fixed or mobile frame: prefiltration and final filtration, triple stage, parallel or duty/standby lines, bypass and recirculation, with drains at low points, vents at high points and ΔP measurement.
